What it means if your fish oil tastes like fish and how to avoid it


First things first: make sure your fish oil supplement contains pure, high-quality oils formulated from capture to capsule (i.e. they don’t go from point A to B to C to D, etc. on hot boats). For example, the pure anchovy oil in our omega-3 + potency comes from cold-water fish caught from the wild in the South Pacific (Peruvian anchovies, to be exact).
