In its first month of shipping products since acquiring the brand, the company recorded February sales of Fizzique™ in the United States, Canada and the Middle East. Sales expanded to 10 states or territories and were primarily concentrated in 17 major United States metropolitan areas, led by two major international distributors, five major regional distributors, and one major sales department.

In total, the Company sold 60,624 cans (including 5,052 cases) of Fizzique™ Inc. in February, generating total monthly revenue of $103,786, an annualized pace of approximately $1.25 million.
